Now that I'm close to the ranch again I'll be out pig hunting more I have plans to get a boar set up as a bacon monster lol I'm collecting recipes and styles for making as many different styles of bacon off 1 pig. Sould be interesting. I'll post up what I've got going as soon as it doesn't look like a kids finger painting disaster gone horribly wrong...
Check this out... The other day I went out to a fancy pizza place. For dessert the had chocolate covered bacon. I was like whoa! Of course I had to try it. Although, I'm not sure how I liked it. It definitely wasn't bad, I'm just not sure how good it was. It had good quality dark choc, with nice thick bacon, just the combo was something different and intense.
