Having many different kinds of kitchen knives is very usefull. At any time I can cut what I want and how I need it. One problem that has been keeping me busy lately.... where to put them all ARRGGHH!!! http://www.benchcrafted.com/ordering.htm is most likely going to be my source of wall hangers. I hope I don't run out of wall first theough I'm also wondering if these may work with straights!! I think Butch (LR Harner) has one for his use... have to look into that. I'm ordering 3 18" blok's to get started and see if that gets the main knives out for use. The single bevel knives in saya will have to get put on another system, still working that out... See what happens...

I tell ya. My time off-line allowed me to really decide what I really needed. These items are sorely needed and now I can plan future knife orders HAHAHAHA!!!!
