    That's a pretty good read. I wish I had thought to document my experiments when I was (oh shucks, as I'm still) learning to hone.

    thanks man, I started it just to keep track of the actual protocols I was using to make sure if they worked, I could repeat them. If I don't write it down there's not a chance in hell I could remember it)
    I've kept a physical training blog since 2004 and it's very cool to look back on the many years and all the progressions.

    I wasn't going to announce this but then I figured " why not"? It might actually help someone.
