Thread: honing help Charlotte NC

I am new to straight razor shaving and recently picked up a pair at gun show and would like to get them sharpened up correctly before i damage them if there is anyone in the aria who has some experience and would be willing to give me a lesson it would be greatly appreciated

I am also in Charlotte. If you have found someone please let me know I have just purchased a straight and would like help also

i met a guy named Gary Gordon he runs a mobile sharpening business but if you go to him he will teach you what to do and what to look for. he seems to be a nice guy but a bit odd, then again who isn't.
