Hello all I’m new to this sit and hoping some one can help. I won 5 old straight razors in action but only 4 had phots. the 5th one was in a silver case don’t think it belongs with the razor but didn’t know what was in it until it was delivered
what was in side was a stub tail with milns stamped on it and as you can see what looks like a C or a G and nothing else just wanted to no who is Milns ? And how old. Iv only been collecting for 7 months but have over 150 razors and getting bigger but iv got a lot to learn and hope I can learn from SRP.
thanks Ozzie

Better view of the milns razor from what I can gather its from a barbershop in London that made them for them self from 1756 to around 1820 but don’t know if this is the same milns as iv found 2 different companies it’s got my head done in. And the 2nd photo is just some Iv my favourite ones and love the corn razors

Why a intervention bro ? And before you ask no I’m not a eBay buyer that gets any old china crap I only look for straight razors made before 1900 but have some just after that lol.
Because like many of us you will end up with a horde of razors... I had over 200 at one point. But I would bet Lynn could put us all to shame there

Iv got them all on display as i build my own frames for them. The wife goes nuts about how much Iv spent on them but she can’t go to nuts as I work 6 days a week tattooing. So she lets me off when I need chill time cleaning and restoring the new additions up.
