Never a dull moment
it's a little vague, but I've seen this before
I am pretty sure it reads "If found, please return to hoglahoo"
An alternative (and looser) translation would be "Please return me and my brethren in captivity to hoglahoo"

Unique. Like all of you.
Top right could be in cursive:
正
本
山
合
砥
shou (real) Honyama (Nakayama) awasedo (whetstone)
Note however that the combination is used in a wider sense for 'fine whetstone'.
The middle left part I can't read. The middle character may be a cursive 上 ('upper'/'high'/'top').
The faint characters towards the bottom are difficult to read, but I'm quite sure they indicate that the stone was produced/hewn in Japan.
