Default a cure for my girlfriends goosebumps?

i just bought a nice DE and told my girlfriend i would shave her legs to show her how nice it is. well the shave was smooth but she kept getting goosebumps which if i wasn't careful didn't go so well. there were only a few spots (plus my DE is adjustable so i put it down a notch which helped) and the spots were minor. i thought it was just cold but she said even in the shower she gets them really easily when shaving and finds it frustrating. i don't have much experience with shaving legs so i thought i would ask for help. maube there is nothing to do but keep her warmer but maybe there are some tricks out there. thanks

I wonder if the bumps aren't either a latant fear of getting cut or an involuntary reaction to stimulus from the sensation of the razor moving against her skin? I don't know how long it takes to shave her legs, but maybe take more time so she feels like you're being more careful?

no i am super careful and she is totally trusting and relaxed. even when she got the razor burn she said she didn't feel much and definitely no discomfort. i will try letting her shave and see if it helps though. its amazing what the subconscious can do so who knows. thanks

Try and make sure the lather is very warm and work in small sections.
