Thread: Hello from the Netherlands

Hey guys and girls,

So I've bought and received my first straight-razor last week and i've got a few questions.



Honing. I've read that the blade should be honed properly and I would love to try it myself, but my inexperience (and lack of money for a proper hone atm) makes me ask myself if it would be a better idea to have someone more experienced do it for the first time.
Anyway, I hope to learn a lot from the SRP I've been delving into the bookwork that is all the information on this place.
