    Hey everyone. I have about a year of straight shaving down and have to say I am glad I started. everything about this hobby is great. I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Joe and I live in Lake Worth Florida, about 50 miles north of Miami. I hope all of those who are considering using a straight razor go through with it and do not get frustrated at first. The skill will come much like studing for a math test. One day it just clicks.

    Hi Joe and welcome to SRP.

    I'm sure the clicking part is true. For me it's been more of a gradual road full of epiphanies and gotcha moments. Even so, I'm no expert and have a long way to go before I feel I can get the best shave possible, so that click moment may be in the future for me, who knows?
