I got tired of buying replacement heads for razors and remembered that my dad had a 7 day set of ivory scale Thornhill razors in the attic. My wife got me an off-brand 1000k and a norton 4/8k and I've been straight razor shaving ever since. (3 months) We are low on cash so I strop using my leather belt twisty tied to the towel rack and I plan to finish depleting my aerosol shaving creams before I move on to brush and soap.
All in all I'm pretty excited to learn all about my new hobby from you guys.
