Nice.. I am currently working on getting my wife to sew up a 7 day roll up for me. May have to incorporate a 2 day sheath as well for traveling.

I strike oil every time I try to sew (red oil). I, too, would like a "travel roll-up" for trips that would hold 2-3 straight razors.
What I had in mind for myself are strips of elastic that would hold both ends of the razor snugly against a padded back. Then you could roll up the thing and the padding would protect the razor. I'm not willing to pay $100 for it, however. Not even close. Somebody on another forum sold one that could hold 18 straights and sold it for $18.
It baffles me that vendors don't accomodate the needs to provide stands that house multiple razors and multiple sets. At home, I have smoking pipe stands that I use for both straight and DE razors and they work like a charm (you have to make sure the hole on top is wide enough). Someone is making brush stands out of coconut shells.
I'd think that someone could make money providing things both for travel and home to house razors and brushes.

Hmmm.... If you made it a bit longer with linen on one side and horsehide on the other, you'd also have a travel strop.
