    Question Scuttles and mugs

    Hi everyone who can help.
Im new to the game, still working on my setup.
Halfway there, just cant start till christmas day, as all my equipment is my presents.lol
Main question is, i want either a scuttle or a mug, just dont know which, i am rather undecisive.
Wanted some opinions from you guys if its not to much trouble.
Also if you could help me in finding them on the extra cheap. Been lookin on t'ebay. Uk sources mainly as the customs are diabolical over here.
    Thanks yall

I got my Robert Becker Scuttle on EBay for around $20.00. I just tried to find his store on there, but could not locate it. Perhaps someone else can post a link to his items, but he has inexpensive scuttles that are very well made.

Edit: Found it! Here is a link to one of his scuttles he is selling currently. You can then link to his other items:

I'm surprised more people aren't using Robert Becker scuttles. They're a real nice scuttle for the money.

Someone did a test awhile ago and found that they hold heat as well as, if not better than, most other scuttles on the market.

    +1

...and it looks like the new scuttles he is listing have lids and stoppers which should help keep the heat in even more. I love my RB Scuttle. Nothing like warm lather on a cold morning!

Yes, it is nice, and very affordable...I just picked up a large scuttle, It has a 6 inch opening...I paid about twice as much....

Is the top bowl removable or is it a one piece integrated design?
