    Default Bleeding?

I don't know if you folks are aware of this however if you do cut yourself while shaving an alternative to the usual stick is White Oak bark. You can get it in health food stores. It's sold in capsules which can be taken internally but you open the capsules and put some on the cut and it will stop bleeding dead even pretty major stuff. it's one of those things used by Native Americans before there were MD's and all for dressing wounds. Around five bucks or so for 100 capsules.

I use Styptic basically because of the pain.
I use it right after I go against the grain.
I like that jolt I get when I apply it.
You guys will too if you try it.

So does a "get the red out" eye drop.

And thanks for the white oak hint.
It is one of the more powerful astringents
and could be a great choice for many.

That's pretty cool, I will see if the local shop has it.
