Gentlepeople,
I know you have them... master barbers, head barber, barber's choice, barber's delight... time to drag them out and be proud the local barber is a dying breed!

Here's my 200 year old John Barber
There's at least one other member here who can post pictures of a NOS John Barber. I know because I sold it to him
EDIT: Mine isn't NOS, obviously, but the other one was.

See i knew there were some barbers out there!
I have a very beautiful "Barber's Special" but unfortunately I am not a dab hand with the digital camera. It is a heavy (perhaps 1/2 hollow) spike with minimal hone-wear except that the spike has been tamed, a bit. The shank has a pattern of XXXX on both sides and the number 65 and the name EATON on one side, and KRUSIUS BROTHERS on the other.

I'll post these For the Village "Barber"
First the Shumate - Barber
Second in the The Shumate - Authentic Barber
Third is the Shumate - Barber DeLuxe
I think those are all the ones that I have in my collection but if I find another I will post that also......
First, my Shumate's.....these were taken fresh out of the box before being cleaned and polished. They really did clean up quite well, I just haven't had a chance to take new pics.
