Default Bichon Solingen 15/16 - Shave Ready

    Bichon Solingen - Shave Ready

The blade measures 24.4mm which makes it 15/16 in size.

Made in Solingen so it's a quality razor. The name Bichon would suggest that it was made for the French market.

The scales are original. I took the blade out of the scales to clean up a little bit of gunge that had accumulated. I've re-pinned it using a micro fastener. I've peened the end of the bolt so it should never loosen up.

The tang has jimps on both the top and bottom for a better grip with wet hands.

It comes shave ready. It was honed on a progression of Shapton Ceramic Pro stones (1k, 2k, 5k, 8k and 12k).

This razor is a sensational shaver. The grind look to be around a half hollow to me.

The price is $160 which includes international tracked or registered postage to anywhere.

Let's drop the price a little. The razor is now $145 and it still includes international tracked / registered post (which is $25-$35 depending on destination).
