Thread: chinese blades ?

the only store near me that is selling straight razors only has chinese blades they looked ok but sence it was made in china i was wondering if chinese blades were any good

You can do a search for the "Double Arrow," which is a cheap Chinese razor that has often been discussed on this forum. Opinions about it vary across a broad spectrum. As far as I know, that is pretty much the only Chinese razor that has had much of an evaluation on this forum.

While buying a razor in a store has the benefit of being able to see and hold it in person, you might want to consider the SRP's classified section. There you will find a lot of economical starter razors.
