This morning I tried the blade out. I was a bit nervous, since it was my first honing job. I did WTG only, because my skin had been getting a bit raw over the past few days' shaves.

Well, you guys were right, it's a great blade. The blade really sings, but it's very comfortable. The blade itself is a lot lighter than my King, due to the more hollow grind, I assume. That changed the balance a lot more than I thought it would.

Still, I call it a success. Tomorrow I'll go for XTG as well and report on the results.
