I would probably try to clean the blade up a bit, but you wouldn't even have to since the pitting doesn't seem too bad. So maybe a good polish, get it in some nice ready made scales (even NOS Dovo's would do, IMO, relatively cost effective and they look nice enough, considering the original scales on most Dubl Ducks anyway) and hone her up.
I don't see the point in getting the slope out either, waste of time and steel. Although it would be aesthetically more pleasing to get it even, I do agree on that, but just IMO not worth the effort.
If you're all set with your rotation though and really don't need another one, I'd suggest selling it on since they seem to be quite popular. Having never shaved with one, I can't judge for myself.
Your tone suggests you don't need another blade, don't really want to do too much restoring and aren't ecstatic about the razor itself, so if I had to give a firm piece of advice: sell it.
