Thread: Just Picked up?

Hi i Just picked up this Razor at an antique store for 15 bux and was wondering if anyone has any info on it it is a Pollart 27 but just cant find any history about it

thanks it is solingen, i was also wondering how is the quality of these razors and if it would be worth restoring it to use

Solingen razors are good. That size razor may prove tricky to learn the basics on, but once honed will provide a great shave (albeit with a lot more strokes, but great none the less).
