100 laps on the NOS Deep Cut Diamond helps prepare for a proper shave.. I like Obie's and Thaeris razor choices today.

RazoRock Mughetto di Bologna Shave Cream Soap
    New Forest #2211 Finest Silvertip
John Holler & Company The Tower Brand #126
    Scrupleworks Vegetable Tanned .. 60/60
    Witch Hazel
    Comme de Garcons Wonderoud EdT

    A few thoughts on today's shave ..

The old photo in the back is my Mom & Dad, taken in Wales sometime before D-Day in 1944. A very handsome couple, indeed ..

This Tower Brand razor was bought off e-bay for a song. I believe it to be a "contract razor" for a large Barber Supply. Fresh off a touchup on my select grade La Veinnette with no enhancements, it delivers a superior shave. It came to me in as new condition with no appreciable hone wear. The original coffin has a sticker inside stating the brand, model and price of $1.65. Quite a bargain!

In any case, a very satisfying shave for a relaxing Sunday.. Wishing all you gents the same!

Love the picture. My Dad served in GB training for the big invasion.
