    Tuesday

    Blažeku Budapest Razor
    Joseph Rodgers razor
    Nakayama karasu test
    Westholme cordovan strop
    Generic badger brush
    Cold splash
    Camaldoli tonicum re-splash
    Camaldoli balm
    Ice-cold shower
    Institut Karité night cream
    Fumo di oppio EdT

    Still trying out this Jnat.
It’s amazing. It put an edge on the Rodgers where, when shaving, you don’t feel the razor cutting anymore. It sort of just glides over your face. I love it.
I start to value the quote from the Essay on barbers’ razors stating that cheap tools is misplaced economy. The ease with which this stone puts a fine finished edge on my razors would take me a long time with just the Coticule. Not impossible, just a lot more time consuming. The unknown Asagi already was an eye-opener, but this is next level...

This was all a gift from Mrs Porl. She is still weary about buying me straights, but this was lovely too and a great shave today.
