Hope the shots I post this week fit the thread. They're not in the same format as most of us post but I don't have the time to layout great shots like your's every day. Some of the guys suggested just posting pics of the blade I have in my database so that is what I will do.

This week and next I will be using straights specially selected by JrJoeD and CarrieM for pre and post Father's day. Jr and I used the same gear today blade today.

Prep: hot shower
Razor: Wade and Butcher 'For Barbers Use' 8/8s rescaled in Ebony and Blood wood by my son and I.
Strop: C-Mon linen/War Horse leather
Shave Cream: Truefitt and Hill Grafton
Brush: Shavemac 23 mm silver tip
AS: Truefitt and Hill Grafton cologne

Only did a half shave today, as I was off to the outlets with wife and daughter for some shopping. I picked up some C&E NOMAD shaving soap.

W&B 5/8 Hollow Ground etched with Arrow on blade.
Black Latigo Strop
Dublin Tweed "Green Irish Tweed version"
Shaveden Sandalwood Milk
Vera Wang after shave splash.

Just WTG and XTG passes.

Not too bad not bbs, but very very close.

That was my first straight razor shave. The result is far from perfect but it still was a lot of fun. Thanks to Floppyshoes for its work on the handle and honing job.
