Thread: An amazing safety shave tonight!

Gentlemen, it is always fun to share our experiences with one another so here's my latest. I just had the finest shave ever with these wonderful tools. I had been having a few bad shaves trying to get a decent lather from some TOBS from the tube that apparently may have been a bad tube, as we have all come to love their creams that usually produce great lather. Tonight my friends, was a different story. I lost my Cella virginity and wow, never have I made such a great slick lather with just cream alone, this was no uberlather. Below are a few pics after the shave. One being the tools chosen tonight, the second is my happy face with a thumbs up for a great shave!

Gillette 30's "NEW" open comb with a feather ( Thank you pixelfixed for turning me onto feathers)
Vulfix Super Badger
Cella cream
Pinaud lotion

Oh how I wish I could say the same from a few days ago. I'm going to have to wait a few more before I dare take a razor to this ugly again.

surprisingly my Edwin Jagger DE89L. It's never bitten before like this. I must have really not been paying attention.
Maybe I was just a little excited to be going out that afternoon

Glad the blades worked for youYou have the best combo going,Razor,Blade,brush,the cella is to die for,almost as good as P160
Italian soaps do rule IMO,you have reached the pinnicle of shavedom,enjoy.

You know, it's funny, but I think that some days the stars just line up and you get a great shave no matter what. I've always suspected that on certain days my skin just seems to take a blade better.
