What is this razor... and this other widget?

I dunno. Last I saw some dorcos were going for six cents a blade (in a pack of 100). Wouldn't it be worth the lack of trouble for a price like that?

I have been using a Rolls Razor for about a year now, won't be going back to a DE or disposable ever again. Best five dollars I've ever spent.
