Thread: Plisson Shave cream

Shaving Soaps/Shaving Creams reviews:I got a sample of this via a member here who was handing them out for Colonial Drug (Colonial Drug - the hard to find fragrance specialiste).When I first got this cream, I hadn't tried very many others so I was putting it off until I had, so I could make an honest an informed review. Unfortunately I kind of forgot altogether by the time I had, but I was reminded today and here it is!

Packaging: N/A

Texture: The little sample I got had excellent texture, a little bit thicker then TOBs.

Scent: What impressed me most with this cream, is the light scent. Reminds me a very clean day after a cool rainstorm. Fresh, unobtrusive and pleasant.

Latherability:Using a small amount of cream with a little more water then I usually use for other creams I had a very nice lather, comparable to Tabac.

Cushion: It definitely makes a good lather, and has plenty of cushion, though not as much as I was getting with TOBs or castle forbes, but still very nice.

Moisturising: It didn't dry my face out or anything, but I do recommend using your daily moisturizer or balm after using it.

Price: N/A

Overall impression:
I definitely recommend this cream if you don't like strong scents or want a mild every day scent. It's good all around, and once again, the scent is very easy to get along with.
