Thread: The art of shaving cream Sandalwood

This review started in my mind 3 days ago when my package arrived. I was waiting to grow a longer beard in order to enjoy the shave. Found myself going to the toilet quite a lot to open it, smell it, enjoy it and long for it.

Couldn't wait no more because the smell was screaming my name. My razor was screaming it's name. Couldn't take it no more. It had to be done now. 10:30 Pm in montreal, my wife, sleeping kid and neighbours all smelled it.

The following my fellow straight shavers is from the heart. To anyone having second thoughts or need a small push, read this to the end and it will also scream your name. The calling will reach you. Sound the alarms.

Please note that this review is based on the price of the cream and is not a comparison to other creams.

In example AOS is a far better and superior product than Williams, but based on the price i rated williams better on the cushion. The ratio is Pruduct VS Price.

Packaging: Simple, beautifuly designed and black. Piano black. All is well tuned for your pleasures.

Texture: Creamy. Cloudy. Rich.

Latherability: Superbe lather. Very easy to make. The smell, Oh the smell. A matter of seconds and i had me a cloud of lather. Rich and doesn't dry fast. I would give an eleven if i could have. I scrubed the cream that was on the cover, not even a pinch and this gave me half a bowl of rich and creamy lather ( i really took the minimum amount).

Cushion: This will be the lowest i give. Proraso has and by far a better cushion and is $20 cheaper. Once again ,im not saying that the cushion is bad but for the price i would have expected better.

Moisturising: It's Monday 11:09 Pm right now and i still feel like i have fresh lather on my face. Again, the smell, Oh the smell.

Tuesday 08:01 Am. Skin still moisturised. The amazing smell is still there. It comes and goes whenever there's a whiff of air. A beautiful reminder.

Price: Not cheap. Should be a little cheaper. but if you really want to pamper yourself this is the cream for you.

In all, I was NOT suprised of its quality. I heared great things about this product, read reviews and now im sitting writing one about it.This isn't a rating, this is shaving WITH style..
