Lucky Tiger Liquid Shave Cream
I am a newbie here but i've used quite a few cream and soap products already including TOBS, T&H, Proraso, Baxters, and Kiehls. I just received some Castle Forbes, Penhaligons and MWF.
Right from the first moment I opened the sample package of LT I loved it. The smell is beautiful. It's not overly poignant. It doesn't smell like chemical. It's just a nice light fruit smell. This is the biggest selling point in my opinion. It truly smells great.
The cream lathers up nicely. I used a face lather technique and it worked great with no real problems. There is no chemical sting like I get from proraso or kiehl's (that cooling sensation that really irritates more than anything else) and the cushion is fabulous. I've not had any razor burn issues with LT.
Naturally, I purchased a bottle and have used it four or so times now. It just keeps getting more enjoyable each time. The cost is quite good. $18.50 USD from getluckytiger.com.

Yes this is a few months after the original post but wanted to add my 2 cents. I purchased and have now used the Lucky Tiger Shave Cream a handful of times. I do enjoy the smell of it but I believe the best thing about it is it's buffering and moisturizing aspects. It has a very slick feel to it. Almost comparable to Cremo-Cream shave cream, if you have ever used that. As I mentioned, I really enjoy the moisturizing aspects of the LT shave cream. It is probably the only shave cream (or soap) I have used that does not make my skin feel dry and tight, after I am done shaving. If I had to say something bad about this shave cream it would be that it does not have the best foaming action, especially if you use a brush. That is my typical method of operation, using a brush, and I didn't get the best lather. I had to use more cream than I would have expected in order to get a better lather, which empties the bottle quicker than I would like to see it empty. I have used worse and I have used better when it comes to producing lather but it still did a fine job doing what it was made for. It's a small bottle and IMHO I do not think it is worth it's retail price but if you look around the web a little you will find sites that sell at a greatly discounted price (from it's retail price). Again, IMHO, this is true for all the LT products. I have about four different products from them and although I do like all the products, I believe they are not worth their retail prices. They are however worth it if you get them at a discounted price. I got my LT products from swansonvitamins.com (I was surprised to find LT products there). I paid $11.89 which I feel then made the shave cream worth it.

Hello,
Pardon my "Shaving Virginity"...I realize this is an old post but I am setting up for the first straight razor shave and ordered soap but thinking I may want to have some creams on hand to try. I cam across your post and wanted to know how long the 5oz. bottle lasts if shaving an avg. of once a day?
