Thread: do NOT try to shave the ears

So I was finishing up my shave and noticed a couple of stray hairs sticking out of the edge of the ear. "No problem I'll just lop them off with my wedge" me thinks....apparently the skin on the ear is thin and is directly bolted to a major artery.

Don't try to shave it with a straight....you've been warned.

Thats funny, I dont have that problem, I even get the few on the interior without any harm done.

They seem to bleed more than anything.
I have my wife use her tweezers on the "old man syndrome" in and on my ears

I'm with Kelly, never saw a problem. A light touch seem appropriate tho

Also no issues yet. I like how a singing razor will ping as each of those hairs flies off.

Dammit.. another thing to go the list of straight razor dont's.. that one goes right below "manscaping"...

If your carefull it's OK. I've even managed to get a couple out of the nostrils. Very Carefully!!!

it's not shaving the ears that's a pain, it's all the shaving cream in the ear. but your ears will never smell better!!!
