Just wanted to say my Barber is getting hold of a Shavette for me.. Should have it by the weekend.

PS: I have watched him shave people before and the ones he uses he can sell me for £7.. Think there gonna be any good?..

PPS: I currently dont lather with a brush, Do you think i'll be ok using shaving gel/foam? a decent one mind..

I shaved with a shavette only for a short time, Cut my face up and then got a real straight. I am glad i got the shavette because after using it for a bit i decided to jump all in to the world of straights. I would just go with your normal shaving gel/foam for now. If you like it then go get the brush, str8, and strop etc.
