    Default Shave Like A Barber

    Hi everyone,

So I was scouring the net today and came across an Ebook that looks pretty interesting - it talks about the different types of strokes to shave with, the 14 movements to a barber shave, and how to deal with different skin types (plenty of diagrams):

Of course this comes from or is intended as a learning aid for a barber in training and shaving someone else is different than shaving yourself. Many of the strokes they show you probably couldn't and shouldn't try on yourself.

I think all these shave guides take the info from an old French shave guide that goes back at least to the 1800s. I never remember the name of it however they used to have parts of it on the Classic Shave Site.
