Thread: Effing Razor Burn.....Suggestions please!

Do whatever you can to try to figure out how to shave it in the direction that it grows.

It looks like most of the stuff under your chin (but not below your adams apple grows upward toward your chin. That's the way I'd shave it. The stuff below the adams apple grows diagonally or downward toward the adams apple. That's the direction I'd shave that, too.

If you shave with it, it'll feel less punitive while you're shaving, too.

Look up Mantic59's clip on Yooutube called advanced shaving techniques, I have the same issue, blade buffing and J-hooking does the job for me.

Blade buffing is great, especially for those with sensitive skin, and especially if the razor is just starting to turn in sharpness but is still comfortable.
