Thread: Everyone show their Christmas acquisitions!

My girlfriend surprised me with a selection of soaps, cream, after shave balm/lotion, and set of combo nortons!

I surprised myself with Puma 89 in super nice condition for a great low price.
Then I also surprised myself with Heljestrand Royal Kindal, with minimal hone wear
I'll post pics when I receive the Puma.

I gifted myself (my wife gave the go-ahead---so in effect it's her gift to me) a Dovo Bismarck that I'm buying from a fellow SRP member. I will post pics once I receive it.

My wife got me that beautiful Boker full hollow that Don had up in the classifieds. Can't wait to get home and
give it a spin. : )

Pics later due to # of people in my house but I got (with SWHBO's blessing) a custom Maxterpiece, I got Glen to make a custom straight in acrylic for my 4 year old son and some other odds and ends...

I got some fantastic Scottish fine classic shave soap , as chosen of a list Obie sent me.


I also got the Scottish fine classic after shave balm, Wow this stuff is really nice by far the best balm ive ever used. A think both are keepers.

My in-laws got me a few sweet items. T&H pre-shave oil, T&H Sandalwood shave cream and a couple packs of Gillette 7o'clock blades.
My wife made home made pierogi.

Home made pierogi!! It's been a while since a picture literally made me drool but this did it. Haven't had them home made for 30 years. My family made them every Christmas and Easter. Potato and cheese filling was our favorite with tons of butter and onions. Thanks for the memory.

my parents (i'm 19) truly surprised me for christmas

they went on a trip to vegas and mom stopped at an art for shaving store.

first thing she got me was a silvertip badger brush from the art of shaving



second thing was a razor



third thing was a stand



i also got some sandal wood scented art of shaving soap. first time i have smelled the sandal wood. I like it
