First, is there any sort of firewall on the pc? Is it a work pc? What browser are you using?

I had exactly the same problems as well when using computers via wlan at home. When i used my laptop via my cell phone there was no problems. I changed the DNS of my laptop and now it works ok again.
I think it is something about the server not my computers as every other pages work ok.
Surely there are more experienced members to tell us more.

you could try CTRL+F5 to flush the caches.

Secondly: what error does your browser give?

Problems were normal. There was some server work done and a period where your DNS might have pointed to the wrong address. If it's not already resolved, it should be within a few hours (if that).

Right. /flushdns clears out a local machine's cache and might help if you're on a larger network, but still the primary delay would have been waiting on your ISP or third-party's DNS to receive the updated addresses on their end.

My browser said "Lynn spilled beer on the server, back in 15minutes"
And I thought Lynn was a Grey Goose drinker
