    Hi.
    Your guess is correct!
    According to the site rules, you will have to have a post count of at least 100 and 3 months of membership before posting an ad.
    50 posts will work too, but then you need to have been around for six months.

    In the menu at the top of the page, you will find a link to the rules under the Help tab.

    Once you get in to this great hobby, you will reach those milestones in no time

    Welcome to SRP. If your just outside of Peterborough we have a meet coming up on May 28 in Toronto it would be great if you could make it. Here is the link Toronto and Area Meet. There is a lot of info on these forums and a lot of guys willing to help someone out also.

    Is there a similar rule for viewing the classified forum? Or maybe it's this tapatalk app I am using? Sorry if this is a bit off topic from op's question.

    I do not think tapatalk supports the classifieds as they are a different system that has been integrated into the forum software
