Thread: HBS Old Spice shaving soap: a Modern Classic

I have tried a handful of Honeybee Sue's shave soaps, and by far, this one is my favorite. The scent is very true old spice. It lathers very well, and cushion is good. It is as lubricating as most other glycerin based soaps costing almost twice as much. The scent is from FO's, not essential oils, so if you have sensitive skin, keep this in mind. I have no problems with it, although after more than two passes, I start to get some pin-prick sensations on my skin from the concentrated fragrance oils.

It fits perfectly in a vintage Old Spice mug. I like using this, followed by Old Spice aftershave and cologne, on weekends where I am just relaxing at home with the kids.

Also I am 100% in agreement with you on this soap, I actually bought it to fill my antique Old Spice shaving mug.... This is the 3rd time I have ordered from Honeybee Spa's and Sue is one of the best out there for service....

This stuff really does match the Original scent Old Spice and the lather is fantastic, I would also agree with Ray's statement that if you have extremely sensitive skin this might not be for you, I consider my skin sensitive and this soap is OK for me for 3 passes....
