Thread: Mama Bear's Toasted Coconut shave soap

I haven't seen this one reviewed anywhere else, so here goes. I e-mailed Sue a while back and asked her for a recommendation for a good summer scent. Her first response was Toasted Coconut. If you like the tropical scents, this is it. The scent reminds me of a great smelling suntan lotion. Coconut and maybe a hint of vanilla. As with all her soaps, this one lathers like crazy, doesn't dry out, provides a great shave. I have such dry skin that it is hard to judge how moisturizing it is. However, I love Mama Bears soaps and I love this scent. Can't wait to try more!!!

I recently tried this one as well, and I completely agree with you on all points! I was a little afraid at first that it would smell too sun tan lotiony, but IMO, it doesn't. You can pull that reference if you think about it, but it's not the first thing that comes to mind, IMO. Maybe more of an exotic and well scented one, but not the generic lotiony smelling kind. Anyway, it's a fantastic soap and I look forward to using it in the summer
