Default Herbs of Bulgaria Lavender cream.

One really interesting cream, made in Bulgaria, and with a scent that I simply adore : lavender.

This shaving cream is made in Bulgary,by the same company,Biofresh, which makes another kind of new and famous cream, the Rose of Bulgary one.

I did read member Al Sapone writing great things about this shaving cream and I did have the desire to get it and try it,so I did order it from shaveabuck.com -, Providing quality shaving and grooming products such as Arko, Olive Oil, Lea Products, and double edge shaving. (great service by Joe,by the way) and I had the chance to tried it this morning.

The ingredients of this cream are really "basic",being so close to the ones use by the UK shaving creams:

As you can read,it seems that it has esential lavender oil,"Lavanda Augustifolia" and also mentol and boric acid.

This cream has a *simple presentation *coming on a plastic tube, with 75ml of shaving cream on it.The consistency of the cream its kind of dense,as you can also see on the picture

Its fragrance its a little bit more "sweeter" than creams like Castle Forbes/Art of Shaving and more intense,I would say, than the D.R Harris one.To be honest,I wasnt expecting that kind of sweet scent, but I must admit that I really like it.The scent last through the entire shave, and when its not pretty intense, doesnt fade away either.

You can see the lather on the pic and,as a good shaving cream,I did created it with any kind of effort from my part.

The shave was good : its a slick cream, kind of Proraso/Omega/C.O Bigelow, however this one didnt leave my skin as dry as those ones,so its a plus for me.The cushion of the cream was really good too.Its what you expect from quality shaving cream,no more or no less.

And I didnt even notice any tingling sensation while I was shaving,so the mentol concentration its not strong at all.

I did finished with the lavander after shave from the same brand and it was a perfect combination!
Really nice cream, glad I got it!

I think i'm going to try out their rose cream. My daughter is very allergic to lavander, so it limits my shaving choices down from 50,000 to 48,000.
