Thread: Question on samples

I see a lot of talk about samples, on the forum, where could one go about getting samples? Do the manufacturers offer them or do members send them to one another. I'm asking because I'm new to the game I only have AOS sandalwood with which I am happy, but I see other products and would like to try them to see if they are more satisfying, or maybe I could just put different ones on as I please, so if anyone could answer this inquiry for me I would surely appreciate it. some people get them from other members; from places such as Soaps Samples or Products ; or ordering travel sizes of popular creams/soaps.
I find a travel size of cream lasts me a good long while and is usually half the cost of a big tub. If I don't like it, I haven't sunk as much in to it. If I do like it, then great, I'll remember it when I want to buy more.

You can sometimes get from generous members. I highly recommend QCS Shave Cream samples. Just go to their website and you can order 5 samples of their cream. They are very generous.

If you PM me your address, I will mail you out a sample of one of their creams to try. See, you are already accumulating samples.

Like everyone has said above. There is a ton of places to go, but stick around long enough and your bound to make friends, and eventually you'll know the ins, and probably find yourself with a friend that is looking toward that aspect of the shave market. All in time grasshopper

I think most of the reputable artisan makers do samples, as does SRD, Truefitt & Hill , and DR Harris. I believe Trumpers used to so samples as well, but was unable to find any.
