Thread: Omega Shaving Cream

Okay, so I was ordering some stuff from Amazon and needed to spend a few extra dollars to get the free shipping. Since I am preparing to go on a trip to Florida in March I decided I would order a bowl of Omega Shaving Soap 1)to give it a try and 2)it has a lid for travel. My Amazon package arrives today with the invoice clearly stating the Omega Soap in a Bowl but with a tube of Omega Shaving Cream. I call Amazon and they refund my $ for the soap and tell me to keep the cream. Now, I am all about free stuff but don't really know how to use the cream. Is it safe to assume that I simply place a small amount in a bowl/mug and later it with a hot moist brush?

Fill your lather bowl with hot water to warm it up. Dump the water. Place a small almond-size amount of the cream in the bowl. Of course, your brush has been soaking in warm water, right? Give the brush three gentle shakes and begin to lather in the bowl. Add a few drops of water as need until the lather is ready — generally if you can stand the brush straight up in the lather bowl without it tipping over you're okay.

For face lathering it just smear a dab on your cheeks and under your jaw line and start working your damp brush around your face, dipping the tips as you go. For traveling you can't beat a Palmolive stick.
