    Default Illinois #992?

    I just scored this strop and a Crown and Sword razor and was wondering if anyone had any information on it.
    I paid less than what I was going to pay for an #827 so it can't be too bad (the razor is in nice condition)
    I haven't got it yet, however, it looked OK in the photos.
    Did they have a handle?

    No handle, 2 1/2 x 24 inches that is, i think its high end Illinois strop.
