    Default Paddle Strop questions

    I just received my SRD Paddle strop and got some questions.
    1. What's the rough leather for? Do I use that before or after the felt?
    2. I diamond pasted a felt so to freshen a razor do I do 20 or 30 passes on the diamond then the felt then rough leather then leather?
