Are these honed the same way as Western? or are they honed on one side like sushi knives?

You hone both sides, like a traditional razor.

these are great razors ill have to get a couple oneday just to see what they shave like

However, be careful because depending on how you install the razor, the blade edge can touch the case. That can ruin your edge. Also, the razor I've installed is the small Tosuke. I can verify that all the Japanese razors I sell will fit the Feather cases. Like I said, depending on the size your blade might rub against the guard though. It's $12 shipped CONUS, $14 shipped to Canada, and $10 + actual shipping to beyond. Regards.

After taking a closer look at the quality of the razors, I wasn't comfortable offering them for sale. I'll wait out for something better. Regards.
