    Default honing

    Are these honed the same way as Western? or are they honed on one side like sushi knives?

    You hone both sides, like a traditional razor.

    After taking a closer look at the quality of the razors, I wasn't comfortable offering them for sale. I'll wait out for something better. Regards.

    Until further notice, I am closing the Tosuke/Iwasaki shop. There's a strong possibility that I'm closing up the shop for good. If anything changes, I'll post here. Regards.
