Due to a variety of factors, I have decided that the current stock of razors will be my last.

There have simply been too many problems with order fulfillment here in Japan and more that have made this business far less fun than I had hoped it would be--and fun is, of course, what it's all about.

So right now I have NO more 1 chou gakes, and won't be getting more in the foreseeable futurethere is One 1 chou gake left in stock, and an upcoming order of four 2 chou gake razors (HOPEFULLY coming this month, but again...order fulfillment has been an issue) and that will be it for the Iwasaki Razors from me. **UPDATE** PM me or email me from my site for information on preordering a 2 chou gake.

I am very grateful to all my customers thus far, and I hope that, in the future, I may be able to offer some more of the wonderful products available here in Japan.

Of course, Kanayama Strops are still available, and will be available for as long as humanly possible.

The 2 Chou Gake razors FINALLY came in. I have 3 in stock as of May 1, 2010. These razors have a 60mm (2.4 inch) cutting edge, and are considerably heavier than the 1 chou gake razors. They include the custom paulownia wood box, and with shipping the price is 45,000 JPY.
