Default Gemstar Customs 7/8 Henckels Friodur "AquaMarine"

Starting off April with a no fooling razor...

I have saved this Spanish point worked spine blade for months, waiting for just the right scales, and this new AquaMarine acrylic finally caught my eye... Even the blade face has been taken to a much higher level of polish then factory, it is a near perfect mirror... the entire razor just glows, the scales look almost 3D in your hand...

The pins are Nickel Silver with Bi-metal stacked washers with a Silver jeweled center post, the wedge is Faux Ivory..

WOW, that is one beautiful razor, Glen! The scales and the pins are stunning. Great work! Would love to call a razor like this mine at some point in time ;-)

The scales are awesome, just wanted to point out in pic #5 the razor looks as though the pivot is not centered. Is that a normal characterisitc of these Henckels as I know they can be tricky to re-scale?

That's some impressive polishing there Glen! Mine's still satin & I have a feeling it'll stay that way. Great work.
