Will you be carrying the Fitjar shaving creams as well?

    Nice!

How does the draw on the horsehide compare to the other Premium strops? Where does it fit ito the line up?

Y'know, I always envisage you guys having some sort of crazy laboratory where you come up with all these cool ideas! And put lightning bolts through lather to make it more fluffy and stuff..!

Horsehide always starts out pretty slippery with very little draw. I normally recommend a couple of very light coats of neatsfoot oil rubbed in and allowed to set in for a couple days followed by a ton of palm rubbing on the strop until your palm feels warm. This should be done daily and before stropping a razor. It takes a little while for a nice draw to develop, but it will eventually provide a nice draw, but not too heavy. More like the Prem IV when broken in. Maybe a tad more.

    Hope this helps.

    Back to the Lab.......hahahahahaha

    Have fun,

    Lynn

Is it just hide or shell? I am still using my dads, dads, shell strop along with the bridal but would like to semi retire it with another shell horse strop. Since the description just states horse hide I am assuming it is not shell but wanted to make sure.
