Default October Razors !!! Starters & Customs

Here are a couple going on the website...

The first one is another starter razor a W.M. Morley & Sons Clover Brand
This one has no hone wear that I can find, and is bright shiny steel no rust no pits... This razor was in near perfect shape when I got it other than somebody had really botched the re-pin.. I broke it down cleaned her up and re-pinned her...

I have been able to keep at least a couple starter razors on the website at all times they are all honed to full shave ready and are priced between $45-$75 they all have little to no hone wear and no rust, patina, or pits.. I try and offer near factory razors for a fair price to get people started out....

The other one going on there is a 7/8 Kama The blade is near perfect with no hone wear on the spine or the edge.... I pulled off the generic Solingen scales that had been stuck on it, and went with a Amber Swirl Acrylic... I added the 3rd pin back in, as most all the Vintage Kama's I have seen have them... If you haven't ever shaved a Kama razor then you are missing an extremely smooth edge... I used all brass fixtures and pins with a Black acrylic wedge...
The acrylic has an almost 3D look in person, and is finished to a glassy smooth wet look with 12k Micro-mesh then Plast-X Polish...

That's a great looking Kama! Pardon my lack of knowledge of it, but is it a full hollow? TIA

Looks like it's full hollow to me gardenweasel, but glen would better know having seen it in person so if he chimes in with something different I am wring just figured an educated guess from pictures was better then no answer for tge time being.

I have 2 big blade Kamas and they are some of the smoothest shavers i ever put on my face. And with (my) limited honing skills,i can easily get a wicked edge on these blades!!!!

Wow that pair of Ontario razors is something special. That new scale material looks sharp and I hope you use it again as I really like the look. If I had the funds I'd be all over these but either way I can't see them lasting long. Great work
