    Default Kanayama--We're Still Here

    Hey all,

Just because of the volume of concerned emails we've been getting, I just wanted to let everyone know that yes, Kanayama is still up and running, Naomi-san and his family are making and shipping strops and EMS has not been in the least effected by the recent disasters in North-Eastern Japan.

Please don't hesitate to order, if you've been wanting one of our outstanding Cordovan strops.

We also still have our NOS razors available and of course, some top quality Natural Waterstones.

So please, take a look and let us know how we can help you.

    Best,
    Jim Rion

Not really that, just lots of people seem to think that the earthquake has interfered in the business...it hasn't (yet.)

Thanks for the heads up Jim. Good to hear that you and yours, and the Kanayama folks made it through unscathed. I hope Japan is able to rebound from the tragedy sooner than later.

Maybe they're afraid the strops are radioactive.

Glad you are hanging in there. Terrible, terrible!!!! We in Florida can sympathize with what is happening in Japan. I know you and your country will pull out of this, and we all are pulling and praying for a quick recovery. Be well!!!

Glad you and the strops survived. I am still enjoying my 4 Kanayama's.

I was fortunate enough to receive one of your beautiful strops yesterday, thanks. And I really appreciate the
    master's autograph.
