Our hard work payed off this Baby just Rocks! It performs great out of the box and then as it breaks in all I can say is WOW! I know I could not pry this one out of Lynn's hands

Knowing you guys and the research done into your products I already know this to become another great strop. The Premium 1 and Bridle strop are my daily used strops.

I've been loving my Bridle, so I'm curious how this one compares. I thought nothing could be better than the Bridle, but SRD always surprises me. Can't wait for some feedback on this one.

I have the P1 and love the way the draw is. How does this one compare? I think if my wife sees another peice of leather hanging in the bath room, I may be next.

I saw this on the SRD site the other day....now I'm in a pickle. I was sure that the P III and Mod strops were next in line. I'm heading travelling for a while this summer, so the Mod is a given....but now is it New P II, or P III?

Just when the fire of addiction was burning low and embers were staring, Lynn and Don go and dump a whole load of dried brush on it....not just one log.

    And the fire rages on

The new Premium II has a really nice medium draw. Maybe just a little less than the Bridle once it's broken in. It is another great strop that delivers great results. The Prem I starts off silky and then develops a heavier draw. The Prem III because it's Water Buffalo is a heavy draw from the start. The cool thing with all the Premium strops is that they really require nothing but hand rubbing and use to break in. Nice looking strop too...........

    Enjoy guys,

This new strop is just great. Although I have only been using it for a few days and given it several hand rubbings, you can just tell by
the feel of the leather and the immediate performance with the blade that this is a keeper for sure. It will only get better and better.

I'm always confused by the many strop offerings at SRD.

Did you guys ever put together a chart with the different strops and their distinguishing characteristics?

It can't be just aesthetics, right?

We have tried to develop a line of strops that are definitely pleasing to the eye and that give people a choice in both the feel and draw that they like the best. We have commented many times on the different draw aspects of each of the strops. The results from the entire strop line including the poly webbing, felt, and cotton second strops are outstanding. When you include the paddle and modular paddle, we feel that we have the most complete, versatile and best strop line in the market today. We'll be happy to answer any specific question you might have on a particular strop as well.

    Thanks,
