    Looks like a double straight razor. I've seen a few, but never owned one. Multi-tool of the straight razors.

    Yes they are called "papillion" or butterfly in english.

    Did you notice that barber recommends 2 passes only: one with and one against the grain?

    Are there still barber shops around that use a real SR? i thought most use shavettes for hygiene?
