Thread: Any archived photos of Vladimir Schneider's pin & scale work?

I'm hoping to find someone who can post an image, or two, of Vladimir Schneider's (vladsch) razor work. His last post was a few years ago, so I'm assuming he's not presently active in the forums. I read somewhere that he created a very sleek look with the pins in his scales by using bushings in either side of the scales. My understanding is that he would peen the pins directly on top of these bushings, which made them perfectly flush with the washers. Unfortunately, it looks as though all of his photos were hosted by a site—http://www.winpte.com—that is no longer alive.

This post by Philadelph might be what you are seeking at least for the method but not the end result.

Edit: Then again, I'm not sure about the bushings you are describing.
